WITHDRAWAL RIGHT
Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as modified by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason whatsoever within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products.

The return's authorisation does not imply acceptance thereof. The Company will only accept returns if the products are returned in the same condition in which they were delivered: products shall be without signs of wear or use, have original packaging and labels, same packaging in which products were delivered.
REQUIRED: inside the box the Customer should insert a return paper document which the Customer will receive by email. There will be no refund if the document is not in the product box.
As to the right of withdrawal referred to in art. 52 above, the Customer must send an email to: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or send a message via the Messenger Chat on Patrizia Cerella's Official Facebook page, with name, surname and the email address used for the purchase order.
Once Patrizia Cerella will have authorised the return, the Buyer will arrange for shipment.
Goods must be returned undamaged, complete with all parts and inside their original packaging (envelopes and packages), with no signs of wear or dirt as to the following conditions:
- the withdrawal may apply to the purchased product as a whole: it is not possible to claim for withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g. accessories, complements, etc.);
- the customer is liable for the shipment up to the certificate of receipt at the warehouse indicated by the Company;
- in case of damage of goods during transport, Patrizia Cerella will notify the Customer, to enable him to make a compliant to the courier immediately in order to and obtain the refund; the product will return to the Customer 's possession and the request for withdrawal will be cancelled;
- the Company shall not be liable in any way for damage, theft, loss during return shipment;
- the company shall reimburse the Customer the full amount already paid, within 3(three) days after withdrawal, by reversal of the amount charged, using the same means of payment as the Customer for the first transaction, unless otherwise agreed;
- the Company may suspend the refund until receipt of the returned product, or until the moment in which the Customer demonstrates that he has returned the full product;
- the right of withdrawal will lapse if the package is returned after the 14th useful day, starting from the delivery date of the goods;
- if the right of withdrawal lapses, the Company will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs and the price of the product, if already reimbursed.
WARRANTIES
All the products sold by the Company are covered by a 24 (twenty-four) month warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to Title III of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
To activate the warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice, together with the transport document.
The warranty for lack of conformity will apply as long as the product has been used correctly, in choose from a list of articles with characteristics and price similar to the one originally purchased and deteriorated.
In cases the warranties provides for the return of the product, the same must be returned by the Customer in its original packaging, complete in all parts (including tags, packaging and any accessories).
In case the Company is unable to return to the Customer a product under warranty (restored or replaced), the Company may proceed to refund the full amount paid with termination of the contract or with the replacement of a new article of the same value; this the case, the customer will be given the chance to choose from a list of articles with characteristics and price similar to the one originally purchased and deteriorated.
In cases the warranties provides for the return of the product, the same must be returned by the Customer in its original packaging, complete in all parts (including tags, packaging and any accessories).
